Number of packages meeting requirements – 134

Total number of complaints investigated (all categories) – 5 Number of complaints resolved – 4
(The unresolved complaint concerned fuel quality which was referred to the Ohio Dept. of Agriculture for follow-up. Ohio does not currently have any programs dealing with fuel quality testing.)
